Refund policy

Your satisfaction matters to us. If something isn't right with your order from www.havendevices.com, this policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.

1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date, provided that:

  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and included components.
  • The item is not on the list of non-returnable items (see Section 5).
  • You provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, contact us at havendevices@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions, including the return address and any applicable Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit back to us.

4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item).
  • A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to certain returned electronics, as disclosed at the time of return approval.

5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return, except where required by law or where the item is defective:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at time of purchase.
  • Opened software, digital downloads, or activation-code products.
  • Gift cards.
  • Items with broken seals on hygiene-sensitive accessories (e.g., earbuds, wearables) where the seal has been removed.

6. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at havendevices@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund, including return shipping costs, at our discretion.

7. Exchanges
We are happy to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, subject to availability. Please contact us to arrange an exchange. If the new item has a different price, we will charge or refund the difference accordingly.

8. Warranty Claims
Many of our tech products carry a manufacturer's warranty separate from this Refund & Return Policy. For warranty claims after the 30-day return window, please contact us and we will guide you through the manufacturer's warranty process where applicable.

9. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled for a full refund if the request is made before the order has shipped. Once an order has shipped, it is subject to this Refund & Return Policy rather than cancellation.
