This Shipping Policy outlines how orders placed on www.havendevices.com are processed, shipped, and delivered. Please review it before placing your order.
1. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. During high-volume periods (e.g., sales events or holidays), processing may take longer. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected:
- Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–2 business days
Delivery times are estimates provided by our shipping carriers and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, customs (for international orders), or other circumstances beyond our control.
3. Domestic Shipping (United States)
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, Washington D.C., and applicable U.S. territories, unless otherwise noted at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
4. International Shipping
If international shipping is available at checkout, please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your tracking number.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Haven Devices is not liable for packages lost, stolen, or damaged after being marked as "delivered" by the carrier. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at havendevices@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately — we will do our best to correct it before the order ships, but cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
8. Undeliverable / Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failure to claim delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
